We're looking for mentors to join our community and help develop our fellows into emerging leaders!

    • 8+ years of professional working experience

    • Identify as East or Southeast Asian

    • Have experience in at least one of the following:

      • Managing direct reports

      • Making significant career pivots

      • Pursuing an unconventional career path

      • Entrepreneurship

      • OR another significant career topic (see application for full list)

    • Passionate about AAPI advocacy and mentorship

  • During the 6 week accelerator (March 15th, 2026 to April 18, 2026): 

    • Be paired with 1-2 fellow(s)

    • Commit 2-4 hours per week in-person in NYC

    • Activities include coffee chats with fellows, participating in career panels, meeting with your mentee(s), & joining community socials

    After the accelerator:

    • Meet with your mentee(s) on a regular basis for at least 1 year (minimum quarterly)

    • Stay involved with Lunar Accel by attending alumni socials and mentor community events

  • The Spring 2026 accelerator will run for 6 weeks, from Friday March 15 - Saturday April 18. During this period, events will take place in NYC, primarily during weekends or on select weekdays after business hours.

    • *Friday March 13 - Mentor / Fellow Happy Hour

    • *Sunday March 15 - Opening Keynote

    • ** Saturday March 21 (4-7pm) - Mentorship Career Panels

    • **Week of March 23- Mentor / Fellow 1-1 coffee chats (~30 mins x 1-3 chats, based on mutual availability)

    • ** Saturday March 28 (4-7pm) - Mentor / Fellow Speed Networking

    • ** Saturday April 18 (late afternoon / evening) - Closing Keynote, Dinner, and Celebration

    • ** 2 touchpoints with paired mentee(s) - based on mutual availability (at least 1 in-person touchpoint encouraged)

    Note: dates and times are subject to change

    Even if you can’t make all events above, if you are available in NYC for the majority of the 6 weeks, we encourage you to apply anyway!
